PetPal Reminder is an organization and reminder tool only. It does not provide veterinary advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency care, or medical guidance.
3. Your Responsibility
You are responsible for entering accurate reminder details, checking notifications, following veterinary instructions, and seeking professional veterinary care when needed.
4. Notifications
Notifications can be affected by device settings, operating system limitations, battery optimization, network conditions, or permissions. We do not guarantee every reminder will be delivered.
5. Premium Features and Billing
If premium subscriptions or lifetime purchases are offered, they are processed through Google Play or the Apple App Store. Subscription renewals, cancellations, refunds, and payment issues are managed by the relevant app store provider.
6. Ads
The free version of the app may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising partners.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the app unlawfully, reverse engineer or interfere with it, misuse app features, upload harmful content, or use the app as a replacement for veterinary advice.
8. Intellectual Property
The app, website, branding, design, text, graphics, logos, and features are owned by or licensed to MyPetsPal. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
9. Third-Party Services

10. Disclaimers
PetPal Reminder is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, error-free, uninterrupted, or that reminders will always be delivered.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyPetsPal is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including missed reminders, pet care decisions, loss of data, or reliance on app information.
12. Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app or website at any time. We may also update these Terms by posting a new Last updated date.
