Deleting in the App
PetPal Reminder is designed to let you delete pets, reminders, notes, and care history inside the app where available. Open the relevant pet, reminder, note, or history item and use the delete option.
Local Device Data
In v1, pet profiles, reminders, notes, and care history are designed to be stored locally on your device where available. Deleting the app may remove local app data from that device, subject to your operating system and backup settings.

If you need help with deletion, email contact@mypetspal.org with the subject PetPal Reminder Delete Data Request.
What to Include
- Your email address
- The device type you use
- A short description of the data you want help deleting
App Store Billing
Subscriptions, cancellations, refunds, and payment records are handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store. Deleting app data does not automatically cancel a subscription.
